まさにＡＯＲの名曲、と言っても、異論はないでしょう。この曲は、それまでのスタイルから大きく転換し、ホーンを抑えて代わりにシンセとディストーションの効いたエレキ・ギターが中心となっています。ピアノ：デイヴィッド・フォスター、キーボード：TOTOのデヴィッド・ペイチとスティーヴ・ポーカロ、ギター：TOTOのスティーヴ・ルカサーがセッション・ミュージシャンとして参加していますから、豪華ですね。ピークを過ぎたと思われたシカゴは、この曲で7年ぶりに全米シングルチャートで1位を記録しました。日本でもオリコン洋楽チャートで5週連続1位を獲得しています。
