NHKのラジオ番組「ポピュラー・ヒット年代史：1960年の作品から」引き続き今回は、「月影のナポリ」 ミーナ 、「ベイビー・フェイス」 ブライアン・ハイランド の２曲をピックアップ。

最初は、「月影のナポリ Tintarella di luna」 ミーナ Mina　1960年

「月影のナポリ Tintarella di luna」1959年にミーナ・マッツィーニのシングルとしてリリース。ミーナのアルバム『Tintarella di luna』に収録。

ぶろっこり世代にはお馴染みの曲ですが、トヨタ・シエンタCMに起用されて耳馴染みの方も多いでしょう。CMは Mondo Candido のカヴァー・ヴァージョン。

ブライアン・ハイランド Brian Hyland は、全米一位のヒット曲「ビキニスタイルのお嬢さん Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini」1959年 で知られるシンガーです。

アルバム『The Bashful Blond』収録の『ベビー・フェイス』が日本でヒット。
